There will not be a path between our site and the neighbouring residential sites.

The tree species are Cherry and Mountain Ash varieties that will provide nectar for invertebrates and fruit-foraging birds.

The shrubs are mainly evergreen for effective ground cover with specimen species such as Continus and Physocarpus for colour and impact.

SEGRO and our contractors will adhere to the highest standards of responsible construction guidelines to ensure that we operate in a way that is cognisant and respectful of our neighbours.

The contractors charged with carrying out the work are only employed by SEGRO once they have demonstrated a good track record of operating respectfully and provided a plan and a named person for dealing with any complaints on site.

Moreover, they are required to demonstrate to the Local Authority their Plan for Construction Noise and Vibration Mitigation. This includes details of how they will ensure that the work is carried out in the least disruptive way. The plan will be signed off by the Local Authority ahead of any work taking place.

Construction work typically takes place between the hours of 08:00 am and 17:00 pm, excluding weekends, which are pre-agreed with the local authority. Any work out of hours / weekend worked are pre-agreed and relevant permission is sought from the local Authority.
