SEGRO Park Newcross

Transforming SEGRO Park Newcross

SEGRO is proposing to redevelop the former Newcross Business Centre on Blackhorse Road.

The existing site comprises of three obsolete units that, due to age, are no longer able to meet the operational needs of modern businesses.

SEGRO is therefore proposing to transform these units into two new, best in class and sustainable industrial buildings.

The delivery of these transformed units will allow us to meet the requirements of occupiers, whilst respecting the interests of our local community and environment, by supporting more efficient and sustainable operations.
