SEGRO Park Düsseldorf Flingern, Höherweg, 40231 Düsseldorf, Deutschland

Overview

On the site of the former Thyssen premises between Königsberger Straße and Höherweg, our state-of-the-art light industrial park is being developed: the SEGRO Park Düsseldorf Flingern.

When developing our parks, it is important for us not only to construct modern buildings but also to create added value for residents and municipalities. We are developing a comprehensive concept that includes well-being and biodiversity, thus creating a place for the community to linger.

Environmental protection measures and green construction practices are an integral part of the concept to reduce the sealing of new areas and to renaturate them.

We aim not only to attract local and regional players but also to create space for countless jobs. The flexible future rental spaces will be attractive to customers from various industries and with different concepts.
