SEGRO Centre Marseille is a building with a total surface area of 38,072 sq m, including 7,063 sq m of offices and social premises, spread over three levels and divisible from 3,700 sq m.
Located right in the heart of Marseille, the site provides electric vehicle distribution for the entire city. It offers strategic access to the region, close to the A7, A55 and A507 motorways, making it easy to serve the people of Marseille and the wider metropolitan area.
SEGRO Centre Marseille is accessible to semi-trailers, commercial vehicles and delivery tricycles. A 289-space silo car park will enable 61 LCVs to be parked and recharged simultaneously.
The state-of-art building is of the highest architectural quality and is targeting two certifications: BREEAM "Excellent" and BiodiverCity®. A photovoltaic power plant will be installed on the roof of the building, providing low-carbon heating for the building.
