Privacy and cookies

C’est l’un des plus vieux sites industriels de France, qui marqua pendant 4 décennies les heures de gloire de Citroën. La marque aux chevrons y employa plus de 3 500 salariés et jusqu’à 135 000 voitures sortaient chaque année de cette usine, qui a structuré le territoire autour d’une activité industrielle qui devait progressivement se délocaliser.

A sa fermeture en 2014, les bâtiments furent démolis et le site dépollué par Ex-PSA. Une partie du foncier fût réservée à diverses institutions publiques, locales, et étatiques, une autre revenant au secteur privé, afin d’y développer de nouvelles activités et maintenir un niveau d’emploi sur le territoire. C’est ainsi que SEGRO a acquis les droits de développement sur 90 000 m2 et 20 hectares de foncier.

Carrefour, Chronopost et aujourd’hui Air Liquide

Première entreprise à s’installer en 2017, le groupe Carrefour occupe aujourd’hui un bâtiment de 30 000 m2 : un immense centre de distribution du dernier kilomètre, qui a pour vocation de préparer et livrer les commandes Internet des clients de la marque dans les magasins franciliens. Entre 300 et 350 personnes travaillent aujourd’hui sur le site.

C’est ensuite Chronopost, qui a établi une première messagerie de 10 000 m2 en 2018, qui s’est par la suite agrandie en 2019 avec un autre ensemble de même surface. Avec 20 000 m2, ce hub a pour fonction de recevoir et réexpédier les colis vers d’autres messageries régionales, qui distribuent aux clients finaux pour la moitié nord de la France. La filiale de La Poste, dédiée à la livraison express de colis aux entreprises et aux particuliers, emploie aujourd’hui sur le site d’Aulnay près de 300 personnes.
