Bidfood, a nationwide food distributor for the HoReCa sector, has been supplying high quality products dedicated to the catering industry for almost 35 years. Its Warsaw branch, located in SEGRO Park Warsaw, Żerań, plays a key role in serving customers in the capital and its surrounding areas.

The extension of the cooperation with SEGRO is a natural step resulting from the dynamic growth of Bidfood's business. The new agreement will not only allow the company to continue its existing operations on 6,200 sq m, but also to increase efficiency with an additional 150 sq m of office space, which will provide better working comfort for the Warsaw branch team.

Sławomir Żegleń, Administration and Technical Manager, Bidfood:

Monika Starowieyska, Associate Director, Light Industrial, Poland, SEGRO:

"The location of SEGRO Park Warsaw, Żerań within the city limits and close to major routes perfectly supports the development of urban logistics, enabling fast and efficient distribution of products to customers in and around the capital. We are delighted that in this urban park we can support the growth of Bidfood, one of the market leaders in food distribution in Poland."

SEGRO Park Warsaw, Żerań is distinguished by its excellent location, which is one of its greatest assets. Its proximity to Trasa Toruńska ensures quick access to both Warsaw city centre and A2 motorway as well as Chopin Airport. An additional convenience for employees is easy access to public transport - there are underground stations as well as bus and tram stops nearby.

The park offers modern solutions to support sustainable development and cost optimisation. These include LED lighting with DALI, electric vehicle chargers and cloud-based media monitoring. What's more, the energy supplied to customers comes from 100% renewable sources - the sun and wind.
