CAT LC Polska, part of the international Groupe CAT, has been operating on the Polish market since 1994 as an experienced logistics operator. It specialises in comprehensive supply chain services (3PL and 4PL), including contract logistics, domestic and international distribution and freight forwarding. For more than 30 years, it has been implementing innovative solutions, such as night deliveries, CATNightBox self-service boxes, MotobyCAT for single-track vehicles (including transport carried out using a specialised ‘CATcradle’ pallet adaptable to any vehicle size, without the need for additional security), or TopCAT express deliveries, streamlining logistics in the automotive industry and other sectors of the economy.

The space leased by CAT LC Polska at SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow serves as the company's central logistics platform in Poland, supporting key processes - in particular logistics for the automotive industry, including the transport of whole motorbikes.

In addition to the lease extension, SEGRO has recently made additional investments in sustainability and employee wellbeing for the client. A state-of-the-art relaxation area has been created for them and additional planting has been carried out in green zones around the buildings to increase biodiversity. CAT LC Polska is also cooperating with SEGRO at SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków, where it leases space that is an integral part of the company's nationwide logistics network.

Katarzyna Skrzypczak, Operations Director, CAT LC Poland:

"Continuing our operations at SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow is a natural step resulting from the unrelenting demand for our logistics services. Thanks to our cooperation with SEGRO we can use modern infrastructure, which not only supports operational efficiency but also provides comfort to our teams. SEGRO has been responsive to our needs from the beginning, offering flexible solutions and the highest standards, which directly translate into an extremely successful long-term relationship.’

Monika Starowieyska, Associate Director, Light Industrial, Poland, SEGRO:

"We are proud that CAT LC Polska has once again decided to extend its contract to lease space in SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow. We started our relationship by leasing a much smaller space, and its gradual expansion and subsequent extensions are a sign of trust for us and proof of our commitment to building long-term relationships with our customers. The cooperation with CAT LC Polska perfectly demonstrates the potential of our parks and their ability to support the continuous development of our customers."

SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow also offers scope for further expansion - SEGRO can construct two new buildings totalling almost 24,000 sq m, meeting the high environmental standards of BREEAM Excellent. This is an excellent opportunity for new or expanding customers looking for modern warehouse and production space in a strategic location. The park is located in the immediate vicinity of the A2 motorway (Warsaw-Poznań-Berlin), just 16 kilometres from the centre of Warsaw. It offers a total of 86,000 sqm of space dedicated to logistics activities and light production. Thanks to its convenient location and modern technological solutions, it attracts leaders in the logistics industry.
