Envirotainer recently signed a lease agreement with SEGRO. The provider of temperature-controlled containers will operate from the Tufsteen 3 location, focusing on customers in air and freight transport who require active temperature control for their products. The building has been tailored to suit Envirotainer’s specific services and processes.

An ideal logistics location

The modern, sustainable SEGRO building at Tufsteen 3 offers approximately 7,100 m² of warehouse space and 630 m² of office space. Located at SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport, the facility provides Envirotainer with the space to expand its operations and serve its global customers efficiently. The location is ideal due to its proximity to Schiphol Airport and excellent connectivity to the A4, A5, A9, and A10 motorways.

Eelco Ouwerkerk, Head of Netherlands at SEGRO said:

“Envirotainer is a valuable addition to SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport, particularly for other customers on the park who require refrigerated transport. After an intensive process with Envirotainer and their service providers, it’s fantastic to see this come to fruition. With the addition of office spaces, the building now fully meets their requirements.”

In addition to SEGRO Park Amsterdam Airport in Hoofddorp, SEGRO also operates locations in Tilburg, Venray, Heerlen, Eindhoven and Oosterhout.

SEGRO was advised during the process by Cushman & Wakefield, while Envirotainer was supported by Schenk Makelaars Consultants (SMC). This collaboration ensured a smooth and satisfactory outcome for all parties involved.
