In addition, two existing tenants of SEGRO Park Berlin Airport have extended their leases. svt Brandsanierung GmbH will remain in its approximately 1,600 m² of space for a further five years. And SPIE Efficient Facilities GmbH is also renting around 110 m² for a further five years. The park currently comprises of roughly 85,000 m² of commercial space, consisting of small to medium-sized units. The park also has around 72,500 m² of large-scale logistics units. Additional commercial and logistics units are already being planned.

In line with SEGRO's commitment to low-carbon growth, all properties at SEGRO Park Berlin Airport have been awarded DGNB sustainability certificates. In addition to green roofs and façades and the use of wooden trusses, charging stations for electric vehicles are available to every SEGRO customer. In addition, a photovoltaic system with a peak output of almost one megawatt has been installed, the electricity from which is also offered to tenants so that they can reduce their own CO² consumption and energy costs. To create a healthy ecosystem, beehives, insect hotels and nesting boxes for native birds have been installed on the site.

SEGRO Park Berlin Airport is located in the immediate vicinity of the new Berlin-Brandenburg airport. The park is located directly on the B 96a and offers optimal access to the highway network via the A 113 and A 117.
