Laboratorium Kosmetyczne Joanna is a Polish company that has been operating since 1982, and is a leading player in the market of coloring, depilatory and washing scrubs, specializing in the production of high-quality hair and body care cosmetics. The company has decided to extend its lease at SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow 1, where it has occupied an area of more than 6,800 sqm since 2016, including 6,400 sqm of warehouse and 400 sqm of offices.

Monika Starowieyska, Associate Director, Light Industrial, Poland, SEGRO:

“The renewal of the contract by Joanna Cosmetics Laboratory is the best proof for us that SEGRO's customers appreciate both the convenient location and innovative solutions used in our warehouse and production parks, as well as the professional service provided to our customers by SEGRO's team of property managers.”

Marek Łaskowski, Dyrektor Zarządzający, Laboratorium Kosmetyczne Joanna:

“Currently, Joanna Cosmetic Laboratory's portfolio includes more than half a thousand products, and our production capacity is as many as 50 million cosmetics per year. Such a scale of operations requires adequate warehouse space and specific solutions in the area of storage, packaging and distribution of goods. SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow 1 successfully meets our needs in this area, which for many years has been efficient delivery and satisfaction of our customers.”

One of the strengths of SEGRO Park Warsaw, Ozarow 1 is its location - 16 km west of Warsaw city center, in the immediate vicinity of the A2 freeway, between the junction of the A2 freeway and DK2. Customers have at their disposal modern infrastructure and a convenient transport system, consisting of wide internal roads, maneuvering areas and parking lots for employees and customers. They also benefit from a number of innovative solutions, such as automatic license plate reading and LED lighting controlled by the DALI system. For new development projects, the company guarantees environmental BREEAM certification at a minimum of Excellent and powering all buildings with 100% renewable energy.

Out of concern for the environment and its surroundings, SEGRO has for years been implementing projects under the Responsible SEGRO program. Its three pillars are: supporting low-carbon development, investing in local communities and the environment, and developing talent.
