SEGRO launches its “IMPACTS” reciprocal commitment charter at SEGRO Parc des Petits Carreaux
As part of its “Responsible SEGRO” social responsibility policy, SEGRO has joined forces with eight partners in the territories of Bonneuil-sur-Marne and Sucy-en-Brie (94) to promote the economic and social development of these territories.
On Wednesday, September 21, SEGRO is organizing a ceremony to launch the IMPACTS charter at the SEGRO Parc des Petits Carreaux for the occasion.
Common commitments
In order to invest in the development of the economic and social fabric of the territories and contribute to the training and employment of local populations, and in particular those far from employment or in a situation of exclusion, SEGRO and its eight partners have signed a charter of reciprocal commitments called IMPACTS.
As part of this collaboration involving the towns of Bonneuil-sur-Marne and Sucy-en-Brie, Ares/Ateliers sans Frontières, Face Val-de-Marne, Ecole de la 2e Chance, Emmaüs Solidarité & Paul Éluard (Bonneuil-sur-Marne), the partners will respond to the needs expressed by the signatories - the companies of SEGRO Parc des Petits Carreaux - by supporting them in the implementation and operational realization of IMPACTS actions: Integration - M ission - P p artnership - Work-study - Careers - T alents - Internships .
The IMPACTS actions will aim to introduce a profession or a sector of activity, to confirm a professional project or a talent and to initiate a recruitment process.
The scope of application of the IMPACTS charter will initially concern the companies of the SEGRO Parc des Petits Carreaux, representing more than 150,000 m² of buildings dedicated to activity, logistics and light industry. To date, 35 companies have agreed to get involved in this solidarity project.
