In total, the "SEGRO Park Ingolstadt" has 30,650 square meters of rental space, divided into three hall complexes. These are two halls for urban logistics solutions with a height of eight meters and a commercial property, in which space has now been rented, with 6.5 meter high ceilings and a larger proportion of office and service areas. The hall complexes are suitable for a wide range of possible uses - from production and storage areas to showrooms and leisure use. The buildings are designed for the best possible flexibility, which is why the eight units still available have a minimum size of 2,300 square meters and by merging several units, contiguous areas of up to 13,250 square meters are even possible.

"In addition to the attractive location, the flexibility of our commercial space and our experience with individual tenant fit-outs by our internal technical team were decisive for this rental," says Maximilian Droste Manager Development Light Industrial at SEGRO.

As with its other urban multi-tenant parks in Germany, SEGRO also focuses on flexibility, sustainability, modern equipment and modern design in Ingolstadt. For the new buildings, SEGRO is aiming for the DGNB sustainability certificate in gold. Among other things, 2,500 square meters of roof area will be greened. In addition, photovoltaic systems will soon be installed on 25,000 square meters of roof area, which will generate around 1.5 mWh of electricity per year.

The "SEGRO Park Ingolstand" is characterized by its location on the Nicolaus-Otto-Ring in Großmehring, just behind the city limits of Ingolstadt. It is located in the vicinity of the "InterPark" industrial area with a direct connection to the B 16a and the A 9 federal motorway.
