The existing areas in the SEGRO business park are now fully let.

“With our flexibly designed rental units, an adaptation to a special use such as that of MPF is no problem. In this way, we can offer companies specific extensions and partial uses, such as workshops in this case,” says Janina Kaya, Associate Director Development Light Industrial at SEGRO.

The “SEGRO Park Frankfurt City” is being developed on a 14.5 hectare site. The area currently includes 35,000 square meters of commercial space, which will be expanded by an additional 49,000 square meters. The properties have the DGNB Gold sustainability certificate. This means, among other things, that at least 20 percent of the car parking spaces have e-charging stations and that the buildings meet the criteria for efficiency house level 40. There is also a 2.5-hectare meadow landscape right next to the area, the SEGRO 2019 renatured and handed over to the city of Frankfurt am Main. Bird nest boxes and insect hotels were also installed as a contribution to nature

With its modern design, the business park is integrated into the inner-city environment at Graugrafenstraße 24 in Frankfurt-Rödelheim. Several bus and S-Bahn lines also offer good connections. The A 648, the A 5 and A 66 autobahns can be reached in a short time via the Frankfurt-Rödelheim junction.
