SEGRO has let 24,500 square meters in Neuss to Offergeld Logistik
SEGRO and Offergeld Logistik have signed a new, long-term rental agreement for the SEGRO Logistics Center Neuss
The rental agreement covers existing space totaling 21,200 square meters and a planned extension of almost 3,300 square meters, which will be ready for occupancy from the end of 2022. The logistics company had already been a tenant of the SEGRO Logistics Center Neuss from 2014 to the end of 2021 and most recently used the space for a customer from the automotive industry.
“Offergeld Logistik is a long-standing and valued customer. We are therefore very pleased that you have chosen our SEGRO property again," says Melanie Merholz, Manager Development Logistics at SEGRO.
The SEGRO Logistics Center Neuss at Hansemannstraße 2-4 is characterized by its prime location directly on the BAB 46 exit Uedesheim at the Neuss-Süd motorway junction - with a direct connection to Düsseldorf city center. Located in the city triangle of Neuss, Düsseldorf and Cologne, this logistics center opens up all directions: The Benelux countries can be reached via the A 44, A 46 and A 52 motorways. There is a direct connection to the Cologne economic area via the A 57 to the south.
