IKEA extends its lease in SEGRO Logistics Park Prague
IKEA has extended its existing lease at SEGRO Logistics Park Prague near Václav Havel Airport.
In the building, which uses goods as a distribution warehouse for its customers, it will continue to rent warehouse space with an area of almost 12,500 square meters. The transaction was mediated by the real estate consulting company Cushman & Wakefield.
