Tool manufacturer MAX rents 900 square meters in SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd
SEGRO has let 900 square meters of logistics space in its SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd to the Japanese manufacturer of industrial tools and office supplies MAX. The company is currently building up its presence in Germany.
The SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd currently has a total of 55,300 square meters of commercial space. Of this, around 6,800 square meters are still available for rent in flexible units.
"Our modern and architecturally sophisticated spaces are ideal for a representative market entry in Germany," says Oliver Kuropka, Associate Director, Development, Light Industrial at SEGRO.
The SEGRO Park Düsseldorf-Süd is optimally connected to the motorway network and is around ten kilometers from downtown Düsseldorf. The area is located between the Reisholzer Hafen, the industrial terrain of the south of Düsseldorf and the Residenz Benrath, which is known for its palace and park.
The areas were brokered by the logistics real estate agent Realogis.
