The new space will replace the company's two existing warehouse locations and will store all products from the Kuchinox portfolio, i.e. fittings, showers, steel and granite sinks, as well as metal items such as door handles, wardrobes and interior accessories.

Kuchinox Polska has been producing, importing and distributing home articles for over 20 years. Currently, it sells over 2,000 of its own products under the Kuchinox Polska brand. The company cooperates with wholesalers and DIY stores both in Poland and on European markets. The warehouse in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków will be used by the company to process orders for all customers.

- The warehouse space located in the SEGRO logistics park in Stryków will replace the two smaller ones we have used so far. An important element that determined the choice of this particular warehouse is its perfect location, which will positively affect the development of our business. It will facilitate the service of wholesalers and stores both on the Polish market and on foreign markets such as Norway, Germany, Russia and Ukraine. We also plan to increase employment by 10% in relation to the current number of employees - says Maciej Balcerak, President of the Management Board at Kuchinox Polska.

- We are glad that Kuchinox Polska has decided to rent warehouse space in SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków. We believe that this strategic location in the very center of Poland and in the vicinity of important international routes will support its development and facilitate expansion into foreign markets - comments Waldemar Witczak, Regional Director of SEGRO.

SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków has over 300,000 sq m. m2 of modern production and warehouse space. The park is located in close proximity to the junction of A1 and A2 motorways. It is therefore an excellent distribution hub for the entire Central and Eastern Europe. The investment will ultimately amount to 400,000 sq m. m2 of usable area. The park's infrastructure includes wide internal roads, extensive maneuvering areas and car parks for employees and customers. All newly built facilities are subject to the ecological BREEAM certification. SEGRO Logistics Park Stryków uses modern and ecological solutions, such as a license plate reading system, a media monitoring system in the cloud or chargers for electric and hybrid vehicles.
