SEGRO leases 2,000 square meters in SEGRO Park Sachsenheim to Peloton
SEGRO has leased 2,000 square meters in its SEGRO Park Sachsenheim to Peloton. Around 1,350 square meters of this is hall space and the rest is office, service and mezzanine space.
Peloton will use the space for fitness equipment storage, handling, assembly and maintenance beginning in Q4 2020. In this context, Peloton is also looking for employees in the warehousing and delivery areas. The company was founded in the USA in 2012 and is currently expanding in Germany. It specializes in the sale of digitally networked fitness bikes for the home and enables its customers to participate in professional online training sessions via live connection. These spinning classes are offered 24 hours a day by fitness experts.
"With the flexible and versatile commercial space of our parks in Sachsenheim, we can support Peloton in setting up its logistics network in Germany," says Janina Kaya, Senior Leasing Manager at SEGRO.
The SEGRO Park Sachsenheim is located at Breuninger Straße 10 and is conveniently located not far from the A 81 federal motorway near Stuttgart. It has very good connections to the motorway network. The area is certified with the sustainability certificate DNGB in gold.
