SEGRO wins media service provider Martincolor as its first tenant for 1,500 square meters in SEGRO CityPark Frankfurt
Martincolor is the first tenant of 1,500 square meters of commercial space in the new SEGRO CityPark Frankfurt in the Rödelheim district
The company offers a full service in the areas of trade fairs, exhibitions and large print and specializes in individual trade fair solutions. Move-in is scheduled for April 2020.
SEGRO CityPark Frankfurt is being developed speculatively by SEGRO on a 14.5-hectare site that was used by the US military until 2008. The first up to twelve units can be rented flexibly in sizes of around 1,000 to 14,500 square meters and each consist of storage, service and office space. The construction work for these first areas is in the final stages. In further construction phases, a multiple of the space currently under construction is to be created in the coming years.
"The decisive factor for our new tenant was that our park makes it possible to combine all office, hall and production areas in one representative building," says Janina Kaya, Leasing Manager at SEGRO.
With its modern design and construction according to DGNB Gold certification, the business park is integrated into the inner-city area at Eschborner Landstraße 139 in Frankfurt-Rödelheim. Several bus and S-Bahn lines also offer good connections. The A 5 and A 66 motorways can be reached in a short time via the A 648 via the Frankfurt-Rödelheim junction.
It was only in September that SEGRO handed over an 800-metre-long stretch of stream and a 2.5-hectare meadow landscape, which the company had previously renatured, to the city of Frankfurt am Main.
