Łucznik equipment from the new ASPA Electro central warehouse will be delivered to the markets in Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Bulgaria. The client was advised by the AXI IMMO agency in the transaction.

Łucznik is a brand with over 60 years of tradition, which, under the care of ASPA Electro, returned to the Polish market with an extended product offer. So far, the company has had warehouse space in Długołęka and two smaller buffer warehouses, which it has turned into one central facility in SEGRO Industrial Park Wrocław. Ultimately, 15 people will be employed in the new facility.

- Our company is constantly developing, every year we record a 15% increase in sales, we are also expanding our product offer, recently we have included vacuum cleaners and anti-smog air purifiers. Thus, our demand for warehouse space is growing. The location of the new warehouse is ideal, for example, due to the proximity of the main communication arteries and the possibility for employees to freely reach the workplace thanks to the availability of public transport - emphasizes Patrycja Ziółkowska, President of Łucznik, ASPA Electro.

- We are sure that the SEGRO park in Wrocław will meet the expectations of our new client. The excellent location of the park, near the ring road connecting the A4 motorway, the S8 expressway leading to Warsaw, and the emerging S5 road to Poznań, enables effective logistics in Poland and the entire Central Europe. Access to public transport is important for employees, and the bus stop is located a short distance from our park - says Joanna Janiszewska, Regional Director of SEGRO.

The client wanted warehouse space within the city limits of Wrocław, which would also allow for the consolidation of logistics operations within one facility. After a thorough market analysis, the SEGRO Industrial Park Wrocław project turned out to be the best choice, adds Sylwia Jagódka, Consultant Industrial & Logistic at AXI IMMO.

SEGRO Industrial Park Wrocław is located on a 10 hectare plot in the north-eastern part of Wrocław, near the entrance to the Wrocław Motorway Bypass A8. Ultimately, it will deliver almost 35,000 m2 to the market. modern warehouse and production space. It is possible to build a tailor-made facility with an area of almost 11,000 m2 in the park.
