SEGRO, a leading owner, manager and developer of modern warehouse and production space, has extended its lease of production and office space with FlexLink Systems Polska.
The production, warehouse and offices of this leader among the suppliers of innovative production automation systems are located in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań in Komorniki.
FlexLink is an expert in the field of automation of production processes and a leading supplier of high-class solutions dedicated to the manufacturing industry, including food, pharmaceutical, automotive and electronics. Since 2012, in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki, the company has been renting warehouse and office space, the total area of which is currently over 19,000 m2.
- The expansion in SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki is the result of the development of our company and the centralization of production and its transfer from other European countries to Poland. The decision to extend the contract with SEGRO was influenced by long-term cooperation with the developer, who is distinguished by the high quality of delivered space, speed, timeliness and flexibility in responding to FlexLink's needs and a partnership approach to cooperation. In addition, the strategic location in which we wanted to develop is very important to us - emphasizes Bartosz Kaszyński, Project Operations & Head of Poland FlexLink.
About 350 people currently work in the FlexLink Systems Polska warehouse in Komorniki, and due to the company's expansion and the increase in production by an average of 15-20% per year, employment is expected to increase. FlexLink primarily serves the local market, customers from Europe (including Germany, France and Scandinavian countries), but also companies from America and Asia.
