Finch Electrical Distribution Ltd (“Finch Electrical”), suppliers of temporary rental electrical distribution and cabling equipment, and JS Entertainment, a private events hire company, are the most recent businesses to take space at the Enterprise Quarter scheme at SEGRO Park Rainham.

The Enterprise Quarter, comprising of 42 units ranging from 550 to 3,750 sq ft, is targeted at providing flexible and collaborative workspace for SMEs in the London Borough of Havering. Businesses at the Enterprise Quarter will gain access to a unique programme of business support, training and development opportunities whilst being able to take advantage of flexible lease terms to upsize their units as they grow.

Finch Electrical and JS Entertainment will be joining double glazing contractor, Spica Windows, and gas and heating contractor, C&B Mechanical, who have also taken units on the Enterprise Quarter.

Phil Finch, Director at Finch Electrical, said:

“Having been based in East London for nearly 20 years throughout my career, the new development at SEGRO’s East Plus scheme provides us with both the first class facilities and location from which to service our customers across London and the South.

“You only get one chance to make a good first impression and this unit certainly matches our vision and desires for the future of Finch Electrical Distribution Ltd.”

SEGRO Park Rainham is one of five sites which form SEGRO’s East Plus regeneration scheme which is being delivered in partnership with the Greater London Authority and will redevelop 86 acres of brownfield land across Newham, Barking & Dagenham and Havering.

Alan Holland, SEGRO’s Business Unit Director Greater London, said:

“We’re pleased to welcome Finch Electrical and JS Entertainment to the SEGRO portfolio. There continues to be great interest across all our sites that make up the East Plus portfolio – especially at SEGRO Park Rainham with its inventive incubator units appealing to the start up and SME businesses.

“The Enterprise Quarter is all about creating a hub for SMEs from the local area and beyond which fosters collaboration and growth and support the wider regeneration of London Riverside.”

The 10-year project is one of the most significant regeneration and employment space creation projects in London and will deliver 1.4 million sq ft of modern industrial space and is already delivering tangible benefits across the region.
