SEGRO announces they are the first project in the Madrid region or the foncière, conseilled by PROEQUITY and CBRE, who have acquired a logistics site in Coslada, located 15 km east of Madrid and 8 km from the Madrid airport -Decks.

This park is made up of four plate-forms around 4,000 m² chacune, for a total of 16,202 m².

Currently the site is located by more than one locataires occupying Chacun d'eux with a minimum surface area of 1,000 m2.
