Welcome to our homepage where you’ll be able to learn about our plans for SEGRO Park Walthamstow.

We would like to thank all those who contributed to and participated in our public consultation this year. We have now submitted a planning application to Waltham Forest Council.

You can search for the application to see our latest materials and share any final comments you might have on the proposals via the Council’s planning portal, using the reference number: 232134.
