Creating a modern, sustainable industrial park

Welcome to our homepage where you’ll be able to learn about our plans for SEGRO Park Clapham North.

We would like to thank all those who have contributed to and participated in our public consultation this year.

We have now submitted a planning application to Lambeth Council. The Council will now undertake its own consultation on the submitted plans and you will be able to provide any feedback directly to them. You can do this by searching for the planning reference number, 23/03529/FUL on Lambeth’s planning portal, here.
