Overview

A future-fit, highly sustainable industrial and logistics development in the heart of Belvedere

To be delivered in three phases over the next decade, SEGRO Park Belvedere will meet the growing needs of London’s ever expanding industrial sector, fostering job growth and providing invaluable support to local communities in the London Borough of Bexley.

Phase One of SEGRO Park Belvedere will deliver two units, totalling c.270,000 sq ft (c.25,000 sq m). Anticipating the demands of today's occupiers, we have incorporated forward-thinking initiatives and sustainable measures into the very fabric of this development.

While we are pursuing planning consent to deliver Phase 1 of SEGRO Park Belvedere, the existing site is also available for lease as open storage. Find out more here.
