About the park

SEGRO Centre Wroclaw, Małuszów is a modern city park located 8.2 km from the centre of Wroclaw. One building with total area of 23,500 sq m. In the area there are international corporations, as a result it would be an excellent base for production and logistic base for contractors. There are innovative solutions such as an automatic license plate recognition, electric charging stations as well as LED lighting. As we deeply care about the environment, the entire energy is being produced from renewable energy sources.
