Analysis of environmental risks

For the SEGRO Centre Gliwice, Gaudiego facility owned by Florette Investments Sp. z o.o., we carried out risk analyses in terms of business transformation and social changes caused by climate change in accordance with the TCFD (Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures) guidelines.

Recognising the risks and opportunities that arise in the context of climate change allows the building and its environment to be better prepared for changes in the market. New technological, legal and social requirements can result in greater investment. They also contribute to positive changes, such as a reduction in energy and water consumption, a reduction in the waste produced or a more positive perception of the building in question. For the facility at SEGRO Centre Gliwice, Gaudiego, relevant coefficients have also been determined and will be monitored. In terms of transformation risks, the reduction of energy consumption, water consumption, waste and the use of green spaces will be assessed.
