SEGRO Park Berlin Airport

State-of-the-art light industrial units directly at Berlin-Brandenburg airport

SEGRO Park Berlin Airport consists of a logistics section with large-scale logistics units of around 72,500 square metres of lettable space and a light industrial section with flexible, small and medium-sized warehouse and office units with more than 85,000 square metres of lettable space. Further construction phases are already being planned.

The current construction phase 7 is being built according to modern standards for sustainable, ecological and energy-conscious construction. Wooden beams are being used in the warehouses, all areas are equipped with modern LED lighting and a PV system totalling 1 MWp is being installed on the roofs. A healthy ecosystem is also important to us. Generous species conservation areas will be created in the park. We are also aiming for DGNB Platinum certification.

SEGRO Park Berlin Airport is located in the immediate vicinity of the new Berlin-Brandenburg airport. The park is located directly on the B 96a and offers optimal access to the motorway network via the A 113 and A 117.

The rental units can be rented individually or together and allow for flexible growth at the site.
