Overview

The state-of-the-art SEGRO Logistics Centre Hamburg Neu Wulmstorf is located in the northern part of the Harburg district in the municipality of Neu Wulmstorf. Adjacent to the Free Hanseatic City of Hamburg, the Lower Saxony municipality of Neu Wulmstorf is part of the Hamburg Metropolitan Region.

With the Rade interchange, the municipality has direct access to the A1 motorway (E 22). The A7 motorway is just 9 km away from the town center and can be easily reached via the B73. Additionally, a separate motorway access for Neu Wulmstorf is planned for 2025, which will be only 5 minutes away by car. Approximately 15 km from the municipal border is the Port of Hamburg, which is the largest seaport in Germany and the third-largest in Europe. The Hamburg Airport is also reachable within a few minutes by car.

With its central location, excellent infrastructure, the Port of Hamburg, and Hamburg Airport, the location offers optimal conditions for your company.
