Overview

A unique site in Paris

SEGRO is rehabilitating the former Gobelins railway station and creating an urban logistics hub in the Olympiades district, in the 13th arrondissement of Paris.

The SEGRO Centre Paris Les Gobelins is a new kind of facility: urban, innovative, responsible and sustainable, scheduled for completion in 2025.

The project totals some 75,000 sq m, with units ranging from 700 to 14,000 sq m, divisible as required.
